I originally became interested in how comics were selling when I considered starting up a comic book publishing company. But, after looking at the numbers, I wasn't confident I could make a profit (or even break even) so I put those plans on the back burner. These days, not only do I have numerous charts on how various comic book titles are selling but I've been invited on a number of podcasts to discuss the subject such as Around Comics, Comic Geek Speak, Collected Comics Library, Comic Timing and the Amazing Spider-Cast.
