Has Batman/Superman #9 shipped?

Anybody know what the deal is with Batman/Superman #9? It was part 3 of the "First Contact" crossover with Worlds' Finest and not only has the end of that story already shipped by the next issue of Worlds' Finest after that is going to ship this Wednesday.
