nice to see another a comic book show embraced by viewers

The premiere of CBS drama Supergirl posted solid, not spectacular Live+3 gains: +3.17 million viewers (+24%) to 16.13 million, and +0.99 in adults 18-49 (+32%) to 4.1 rating. That was below the lifts fellow rookie Monday drama, NBC’s Blindspot, got for its debut (+4.59 million viewers, +43%; 1.34 18-49 rating. +43%).

I enjoyed the first episode. They took a bit of a departure from the comics with Jimmy Olsen but they got a terrific actor and the take on the character works.

second episode was pretty good, but its definitely the hokey-ist of the comic show bunch (and Bralinator that scar on her forehead is still driving me crazy)
