I'm not trying to particularly defend DCBS, but I have ordered every single Marvel Eaglemoss figure that has come out and have really not had any problems I can think of. Do you ever write to their customer service with your concerns? I find that the key in getting something corrected is to tell them I had a problem. They have bent over backwards to correct the few problems I have reported to them.
Also, I don't know of anyplace else I can get these at a 25% discount, no sales tax, and free delivery (I'm taking into account the fact that I am already paying shipping for my comics, so it's not any extra to toss things like the figures onto my order.
EDIT: and just as I'm saying I've never missed one, I went and actually checked my DCBS shipping list only to find that they did indeed miss one for me. The War Machine one that came out back in September was never shipped to me. I just sent DCBS an e-mail requesting a credit, I'll have to hunt this one down in the shops.
