Pilot Season The Test coming to Syfy

I think Top Cow's Pilot Season is pretty flawed, but this is good news for me. I loved "The Test" and was sad to see it lose to another book. But ... looks like it will be picked up by Syfy.

This is probably better for creators, if they get royalties, since the winner of Pilot Season takes forever to come out, at which point barely anyone remembers it.

I can see why this show would get a pilot. It is pretty cheap to make, and would not make for an expensive show to run with. The problem is there have been a least a couple of shows with similar plots that have come out recently.

If they are mining the pilot season books I would like to see them adapt City of Refuge or The Beauty.
